At EcoFlow, we stand by our sustainable fashion and want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed garments in their original eco-friendly packaging with all tags still attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
